What we collect
Contact information (name, email, phone), inquiry details (treatment interest, preferred date and time), and the inputs you provide in the financing flow (treatment amount, term preference, self-reported credit range, employment status, state).
How we use it
To route booking requests to the provider you select, to compute sample financing payment options, and to maintain your account and saved providers. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Future lender integrations
When the platform connects to real lenders, additional disclosures will appear at the time of application, including credit pull authorization, FCRA permissible purpose, and an electronic-signature consent. None of those disclosures apply yet because all financing offers shown today are simulated.
